We realize we have been remiss at keeping our blog up to date. Though this is no excuse we have had an overwhelmingly busy season.
Now, we are very happy to be tying up sales and marketing for our Historic Homes and have just celebrated two significant sales on the Coast of Maine.
Far from the Wolf on Grindstone Neck in Winter Harbor SOLD in November and Felsted in Deer Isle SOLD in December. Both of these properties have amazing historical pedigrees and we were honored to have handled the sales for both buyers and sellers in both instances.
Marketing historic homes demands a different approach than selling an average property. We are proud of the editorial coverage our listings receive to reach those discerning buyers who are looking for something extraordinary.
As we move into the New Year we promise to be better about staying up to date on Historic Homes properties and information. It is a special experience to work with properties that have storied pasts - as the move into their future.
